USA (Coalinga, California) – Airport Management and Compliance Consulting Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide airport management and compliance consulting services to the government authority located in Coalinga, CA.- Airport management and operations:- Serve as the City’s primary point of contact for airport operational matters.- Conduct regular onsite airport inspections and operational assessments.- Coordinate day-to-day airport operational activities.- Assist with implementation and enforcement of airport rules, regulations, minimum standards, and lease requirements.- Coordinate with airport tenants, pilots, aviation users, businesses, and stakeholders.- Respond to operational concerns and airport-related inquiries.- Assist the City with hangar lease administration and tenant coordination.- Monitor airport operational conditions and identify safety or maintenance deficiencies.- Provide recommendations regarding airport operational improvements and best practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
