- Vendor needs to provide city-owned real property service to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL. - Purchase and redevelop the property.- Provide affordable or workforce housing opportunities.- Include deed restrictions or other enforceable affordability mechanisms for households earning at or below 120% AMI.- Demonstrate the ability to timely complete redevelopment of the property.
