Vendor needs to provide independent financial audit services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. - Perform an independent financial audit of the Foundation's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.- Financial Statement Audit: The selected auditor shall audit the Foundation's basic financial statements, including:• Statement of Financial Position as of December 31, 2025• Statement of Activities for the year ended December 31, 2025• Statement of Functional Expenses for the year ended December 31, 2025• Statement of Cash Flows for the year ended December 31, 2025• Notes to the Financial Statements• Consolidated Year-End Financial Report (CYEFR) as required for GATA submission, including the auditor's In-Relation-To opinion 2.2 GAGAS Required Report
