USA (Cheyenne, Wyoming) – Secure Credential Card Production and Distribution Central Printing Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide secure credential card production and distribution central printing service to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. - Offer secure central production and mailing for credentials required by agency.- Produce and mail secure driver credentials, identification cards and specialty government identification cards.• Provide credential-production services, including:- Secure card production- Personalization-  Inventory control- Fulfillment and delivery- Operational support• Contractor shall perform:- Project management- Implementation planning and execution- Credential production and personalization- Inventory control and reconciliation- Fulfillment and delivery services- Quality-assurance processes- Security-compliance support- Documentation- Training- Testing support- Operational reporting• DL/ID Production:- Provide in-depth reports relating to card manufacturing, production, mailing of the DL/IDs, and problems encountered/corrective action taken by the Contractor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. (3) An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
