(1) Vendor needs to provide avenue reconstruction engineering services to the government authority located in Catskill, NY.- Providing consulting services for the creek culvert replacement and reconstruction of avenue project.- Surveying services.- Environmental permitting.- Civil engineering.- Schematic design (progress plans and specifications, etc.).- Construction documents (final plans and specifications, contract documents, etc.).- Assist with the bidding of the work.- Assist in the review and award recommendation of contract bids.- Construction inspection services or construction administration.
