Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide research, development, testing, and evaluation services to the government authority located in California.- Provides research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) to deliver specialized facility, ocean system, and expeditionary solutions to the warfighter. - This area prioritizes technologies that enable rapid and effective construction, repair, and development of infrastructure in austere, contested, or damaged environments. - This area focuses on technologies that enable the rapid and sustained transfer of personnel, equipment, and supplies from ship to shore, particularly in austere or contested environments where traditional port infrastructure is limited or unavailable.- Technologies that advance energy security, efficiency, reliability, and resilience on Naval shore facilities and infrastructure.
