USA (California) – Photography, Yearbook and Videography Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide photography, yearbook and videography services. - Photography services – class/student portrait photography and events photography.• Events Photography Proposers- School events and functions including but not limited to graduations, proms, athletic events and performances• School events and functions including but not limited to graduations, proms, athletic events and performances- Yearbook Services: Training schools for planning, design and layout of school yearbooks• Editorial support and production schedules• Digital proofing and revision cycles• Collaboration with school administrators, advisors and students- Videography Services: Graduation ceremonies.• Prom and similar events• Athletic and team events• Promotional, instructional or informational videos• Captioning and accessibility compliance, as required• Delivery in formats compatible with District platforms and websites(2) All the questions must be submitted no later June 30, 2026(3) Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 25, 2026.
