Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide help desk and IT services to the government authority located in California.- Provide help desk, end user IT Support, and related professional IT infrastructure support services for Agency staff and approved systems- End User Help Desk Support Services- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk services for approximately 135 users and 150 Windows 11 workstations- Infrastructure Support – Server: provide server infrastructure support services and serve as a backup system engineering resource for agency internal IT staff(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
