Scope of Work

(1) Vendor needs to provide go human safety strategies. • Project management and administration:- Project kick-off meeting.- Monthly Project Management Team (PMT) meetings.- Monthly consultant reporting and invoicing.- Project files.• Community streets grants implementation: provide end-to-end technical assistance for the implementation of a minimum of fifteen agency grants in the region.- Provides grant funding to support projects that implement traffic safety strategies including messaging, education, engagement activities, leadership development, community assessment or resource distribution.• Kit of parts management and deployment implementation:- Provide end-to-end technical assistance to local agencies or community-based organizations to conduct twenty-five Kit of parts temporary demonstration projects.- Deployments shall be prioritized in the right-of-way, and may take place in closed environments, such as open streets events.• Co-branded safety advertisements:- Go human provides printed and digital safety advertisements at no cost to local jurisdictions and community organization partners for use in local traffic safety and community engagement campaigns.- Go human advertisements feature stakeholder-tested messages, and partners may request a custom message, contingent on the approval of agency.- Campaigns shall occur within the contract period, with consideration for alignment with the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic games-related planning efforts and community events.- Messages can appear in English, Spanish, Chinese (Traditional), Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, and other languages spoken in the region where appropriate to the audience and community.- Translated messages should be reviewed by native speakers for quality control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
