USA (California) – American Sign Language Interpreter and Real-Time Captioning Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpreter and real-time captioning service.  - Provide interpreter and captioning services for deaf and hard of hearing individuals using American Sign Language (ASL), spoken language, and Real-time Captioning (RTC).- Provide virtual and remote American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and virtual or remote Real-time captioning services for meetings, events, and conferences.- Core business hours for interpreters are from 06:00 AM through 02:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, with the state observed holidays.- Core business hours for captioners are from 09:00 AM through 03:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, with state observed holidays.- Captioner(s) and interpreter(s) are required to remain on-site regardless of immediate demand for service and shall remain available when not engaged in providing services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
