USA (Bronx, New York) – Lecture Hall Video and Audio Upgrade Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide lecture hall video and audio upgrade services to the government authority located in Bronx, NY.- LED video wall:- Supply and install one (1) custom direct-view LED (dvLED) video wall measuring approximately 10 ft (W) × 5.6 ft (H).- Pixel pitch: 1.5 mm (P1.5) or equivalent.- PTZ cameras:- Supply and install one (1) intelligent PTZ camera with a minimum 12× optical zoom.- Wireless audio:- Supply and integrate one (1) wireless handheld transmitter with SM58-style capsule (UHF or DECT).- Supply and integrate two (2) wireless hybrid bodypack transmitters.- Audio visual equipment control/distribution system:- Supply Audio Visual control/distribution system for equipment.- Connect and ensure all devices are working properly.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on June 30, 2026.
