Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide designer services to the government authority located in Brockton, MA. • Provide comprehensive architectural, engineering, energy, and construction administration services.• District-wide strategy to modernize aging school infrastructure, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve indoor air quality, and transition school facilities away from fossil-fuel-based heating systems toward full electrification.• Heat pump chiller replacement and electrification strategies.• Rooftop unit (RTU) replacement and modernization.• Building Management System (BMS) upgrades utilizing Automated Logic integration.• Electrical infrastructure and distribution upgrades.• Energy recovery and ventilation improvements.• Weatherization and building envelope improvements.• Potential solar photovoltaic integration.• Emergency generator and resiliency planning.• Construction administration and commissioning services.(2) Pre-bid new walk-through will be held on June 30, 2026.
