(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and environmental services to the government authority located in Bremerton, WA.• Consultative and technical guidance, production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules and cost estimates, as well as bid, award, project management, construction administration, monitoring and testing, policy and regulation development, data analysis, permitting and report writing services, environmental assessments and reviews.• Civil engineering• Structural engineering• Geotechnical engineering• Electrical engineering• Mechanical engineering• Environmental analysis and permitting• Architectural design• Urban/transportation planning• Underwater inspections• Surveying• Construction management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
