USA (Boise, Idaho) – Janitorial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. • Provide comprehensive, performance-driven cleaning and facility maintenance services for the center for the performing arts located.• Mopping must cover the full extent of the floor surface in all areas where audience members were seated, including floor-level sections, side aisles, and accessible seating areas.• Mop heads must be clean and free of cross-contamination prior to use in the auditorium.• Contractor staff must not introduce mops that have been used in restrooms, concession areas, or other non-auditorium spaces into the auditorium floor care process without proper decontamination.• Mopping solutions, including the type and dilution of cleaning product used on auditorium• flooring, must be appropriate for the flooring materials present and must be approved by the Facility Contact.
