USA (Bismarck, North Dakota) – Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Tribal Collaboration Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental nutrition assistance program and temporary assistance for needy families tribal collaboration services to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND.- Coordinate two annual relationship-building meetings between STATE’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment & Training (E&T), SNAP Education (SNAP-Ed) and the federally recognized tribal nations.- Proactive outreach initiatives.- Effective and timely communication methods.- Identification of barriers and roadblocks affecting SNAP participation.- Addressing tribal-specific SNAP needs and program enhancements.- Strengthening the integration and impact of SNAP for tribal participants.- Establishing an ongoing cadence to foster strong, sustained relationships between SNAP and tribal communities.- Develop comprehensive toolkits and guides for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) workers aimed at enhancing service delivery and coordination with community resources.- Develop and distribute meeting-specific reports that document invited participants, confirmed attendees, and declined participants; summarize agenda items and key discussion points; capture decisions made during the meeting; and clearly outline action items for each participating party. - Reports shall identify the responsible individual or entity for each task, expected deliverables, and agreed-upon timelines established during the meeting.- Monitor and document progress on measurable indicators related to tribal participation and (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
