(1) Vendor needs to provide audit and performance review services of solid waste, recycling and organics to the government authority located in Banning, CA.- Retain a qualified, independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit and performance review of the Consultant's solid waste, recycling, and organics collection service- Compliance Review & Agreement Mapping- Billing, Rates, and Revenue Verification- Franchise Fee and Financial Review- Reporting and Data Verification- Diversion and Program Performance Review- Operational and Service Performance Review- Customer Service and Complaint Review(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
