(1) Vendor needs to provide rental assistance certification system processing services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. • Vendor staff roster must include personnel that hold nationally recognized affordable housing management credentials such as those provided by association.• Staff roster must also include personnel that hold auditing and risk management credentials such as those provided by the Institute of Internal Auditors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later July 1, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
