USA (Austin, Texas) – Professional Land Surveying Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land surveying services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.- Provide professional land surveying services including but not limited to the following:- Land (Boundary) Surveys:- Show boundary lines, giving length and bearing on each straight line, interior angles, radius, point of tangency and length of curved lines.- Furnish legal descriptions that conform to the record title boundaries. Acquire data including, but not limited to, deeds, maps, certificates, or abstracts of title section line and other boundary line locations in the vicinity.- Topographic Surveys:- Tie all benchmarks and elevations to the current Federal Emergency Management Administration published datum or as project jurisdiction dictates- Other Typical Surveys:- ALTA/ACMS Land Title Surveys- Land surveying with GIS mapping- Foundation Surveys- As-built surveys- Subsurface Utility Engineering(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
