USA (Austin, Texas) – Outside Legal Counsel Services for Information Technology Matters

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel services for information technology matters to the government authority located in Austin, TX.- Matters may include advising on draft documents, negotiations, and compliance review of software licensing agreements. Selected Outside Counsel will deliver targeted, efficient legal support on technology-related legal issues—such as intellectual property, data security, and artificial intelligence—as well as risk management strategies and specialized negotiation support to ensure best-value procurement.- Advise on IT transactions, solicitations, and contracts- Draft, review, and negotiate IT agreements (e.g., software, SaaS)- Provide legal guidance on data privacy, security, intellectual property, and AI- Support vendor negotiations to ensure best value- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies- Attend meetings as require(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 29, 2026.(3) All question must en submitted no later than June 30, 2026.

Onshore (USA organization Only)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
