Vendor needs to provide long covid surveillance capacity building resources development consultant service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. - Develop capacity-building resources to assist state, Tribal, local and territorial (STLT) health agency staff engaged in Long COVID surveillance.- The resources include two primary components: (1) a readiness assessment/checklist for jurisdictions to evaluate their Long COVID surveillance capacity, and (2) an implementation guide with practical guidance organized across major surveillance modalities.
