USA (Ann Arbor, Michigan) – Managed Clothing (Uniform) Program Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide managed clothing (uniform) program service to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.- Provide new, high-quality embroidered work clothing for both men and women on an ongoing basis.- Clothing shall include to t-shirts, polo shirts, button-down shirts, Henley shirts, sweatshirts, pants, high visibility apparel, light jackets, winter jackets, flame-resistant (FR) apparel, and arc-rated apparel, as applicable to employee job duties, unit-specific requirements, City policy, and any applicable labor agreement or memorandum of understanding.- Require logos to be embroidered in full color or in single-color white threading, depending on the garment and program needs.- Shirts, sweatshirts, and outerwear must include the embroidered logo.- A digital file of the logo.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
