Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide patent reclassification services for technical and legal documentation to the government authority located in Alexandria, VA.- Analyze patent documents and perform expert-level classification and reclassification using established classification standards- Assign accurate classification codes for invention and supporting subject matter- Develop clear justifications for classification decisions based on technical content- Process documents in project-based batches and deliver within defined timelines- Ensure compliance with applicable classification rules, updates, and Government guidance- Maintain required quality and accuracy standards, and correct deficiencies identified during review- Deliver completed outputs in approved formats (e.g., structured datasets)- Provide status updates and coordination support throughout project execution
