Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical expert services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.- Provide the medical expertise necessary for the successful investigation and prosecution of professional medical conduct cases.- Duties include reviewing patient records, researching current medical standards, writing opinions, providing guidance to staff attorneys and providing expert testimony at state board for professional medical conduct administrative hearings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
