Scope of Work

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility mapping services to the government authority located in Albany, GA. - Provide land survey services to update and modernize existing campus plats and maps.- The project will include specific improvements, such as documenting underground utility infrastructure, and will deliver results in the form of updated plats, surveys, and a Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping application.• Monuments placed (or a reference monument or witness to the corner) at all major corners of the boundary of the surveyed property, unless already marked or referenced by existing monuments or witnesses in close proximity to the corner.• Address(es) of the surveyed property if disclosed in documents provided to or obtained by the surveyor or observed while conducting the fieldwork.• Flood zone classification (with proper annotation based on federal Flood Insurance Rate Maps or the state or local equivalent) depicted by scaled map location and graphic plotting only.• Gross land area (and other areas if specified by the client).• Vertical relief with the source of information (e.g., ground survey, aerial map), contour interval,• Perform engineering services which will accurately identify, locate, and map all subsurface utilities, including their horizontal alignments and vertical depths, to support the project.• Metadata: Provide test hole logs, photographs, and survey data.• Data accuracy for horizontal and vertical positioning.• Limitations of geophysical tools and excavation methods.• Application should support Single Sign-On(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on July 8, 2026.
