(1) Vendor needs to provide media campaign in guatemala. • Develop an innovative, dual-audience strategy featuring two distinct characters that deliver culturally tailored messaging. • Engage the growing demographic of urban youth through social media.• Digital Strategy (Urban Youth Focus): Short-form video content (TikTok-style, Facebook/Meta, YouTube Shorts), animated carousels, interactive content via WhatsApp/SMS (polls, quizzes, FAQs), and targeted SMS campaigns in major urban centers.• Traditional Outreach (Rural Focus): Radio jingles and host mentions, street banners, tuk-tuk and mobile ads, newspaper advertisements, printed outreach materials (e.g., posters, flyers), and digital screens in public spaces.
