Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic door repair services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. • Non-emergency services:- Perform a job walk for the purpose of ascertaining services to be provided and associated costs within twenty-four hours of agency’s request for services.- Provide agency representative with written quote within seventy-two hours of agency’s request for service.- Contractor shall commence services within forty-eight hours of agency’s written approval of contractor’s project specific quote document.• Emergency services:- Perform a job walk for the purpose of ascertaining services to be provided and associated costs within two hours of agency’s request for services.- Provide agency representative with written quote within four hours of agency’s request for service.- Contractor shall commence services within one hour of agency’s written approval of contractor’s project specific quote document.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
