USA (Pensacola, Florida) – Real Estate Feasibility and Development Advisory Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate feasibility and development advisory services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL. - Provide development feasibility advisor shall serve as the city's prime master planning and financial feasibility consultant for the hospital legacy campus.- Responsible for evaluating site conditions, surrounding land uses, applicable zoning and regulatory constraints, infrastructure and access considerations, market demand, financial feasibility, and redevelopment opportunities in order to produce an implementable master plan with supporting financial framework for the property.- Development feasibility advisor shall work in direct and ongoing coordination with the community engagement lead and community benefits lead retained.- Community engagement findings shall not be treated as advisory; they shall serve as governing parameters that shape and constrain the development program.- Redevelopment is to create a holistic mixed income, mixed-use development that incorporates health, education, and wellbeing in addition to residential and commercial development and aligns and supports.- Develop a balanced mix of housing options, including low-, moderate-, and market-rate units, with an emphasis on long-term affordability.- Incorporate quality, community-focused educational facilities to support residents and provide strong learning opportunities within the redeveloped campus.- Create a vibrant commercial corridor that drives local economic growth and enhances neighbourhood prosperity by giving back to the community through economic opportunities and enhanced neighbourhood conveniences.- Utilize community input, strategic partnerships, and thoughtful site planning to integrate health and wellness services tailored to future residents’ needs.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
