(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit services to the government authority located in Emeryville, CA.a) Door to door shuttle service conducted on weekdays during senior center opening hours. Transporting members to activities, appointments and other services within the approved operational area.b) Daily manifest provided by the City on the business day prior.c) Contractor shall ensure timely arrival for pick up and drop off at all scheduled locations.d) Transportation is conducted in city owned WAV unless otherwise agreed.- Compensationa. Contractor shall provide a separate rate schedule for on call field trip transportation, which may include hourly rates, mileage rates, or flat fees per trip.b. Overtime, extended wait times, or changes to scheduled itineraries must be preapproved by the City.c. Invoicing shall occur monthly and must include trip logs supporting billed services.- Vehicle Standardsa. All vehicles must meet or exceed City standards for safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and maintenance.b.
