USA (Aurora, Colorado) – Family English Literacy Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide family english literacy services to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.- Deliver integrated services that build families’ capacity to support learning at home, improve adult literacy and English language proficiency, and promote school readiness and academic growth for children.- Program must center culturally and linguistically responsive practices, prioritize equitable access for historically underserved families.- Increased adult literacy and English language proficiency.- Improved parent capacity to support student learning at home.- Strengthened family engagement and intergenerational learning.- Improved school readiness and academic outcomes for participating children.- Increased access to workforce pathways and economic opportunities for families.- The 2 Gen program must reflect a high-quality, multi-generational model designed to strengthen family engagement as a driver of student achievement while simultaneously advancing adult literacy, English language proficiency, and long-term family success.- Parent centric model provides an adaptable, school-customized framework focused exclusively on adult learners to strengthen parent capacity and support long-term family success.- Program Duration: September 2026 - May 2027(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
