USA (Camarillo, California) – Financial Consulting Services Related to Analysis and Formation

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services related to analysis and formation to the government authority located in Camarillo, CA.  - Feasibility analysis for financial professionals to propose a scope of work that will provide a suitable basis for deciding if it makes sense to form an agency.- Analysis of the potential tax generation by area.- Fiscal impact analysis.- Support and guidance in public processes, including community messaging.- Development of infrastructure finance plan (IFP)(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
