USA (Birmingham, Alabama) – Professional Security Services Aviation Worker Screening

Vendor needs to provide professional staffing to screen aviation workers that access Secured or Sterile areas within the airport terminal to detect unauthorized weapons, explosives, or incendiaries and other prohibited items, as appropriate, each workday to enhance insider threat deterrence and detection to the government authority located in Birmingham, Alabama.1. Screening Operations- Conduct random screening of aviation workers accessing secured/sterile areas- Detect prohibited items including weapons, explosives, and incendiaries- Perform physical and technology-assisted screening of persons and belongings2. Staffing & Management- Provide trained, badged screening personnel in compliant team configurations- Ensure minimum weekly screening coverage and staffing levels- Deploy on-site supervision to manage operations and quality control3. Training & Compliance- Ensure all staff complete required airport and TSA training- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and airport regulations 4. Equipment & Resources- Supply required screening tools, consumables, and operational resources- Use approved detection technologies and procedures for screening activities 5. Monitoring & Reporting- Record daily screening activities, findings, staffing, and locations- Submit weekly reports on screening data and outcomes

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
