Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility assessment study service to the government authority located in Falls Church, VA. - Architectural and engineering services; including feasibility, assessment and conceptual design.- Task 1: assessment of existing data- Task 2: assessment of existing modelling- Task 3: site visit and preliminary site assessment- Task 4: develop standardized system-based tools (SBT) approach for hydrology restoration design in tidal marshes- Task 5: alternative analysis development - Task 6: concept refinement and development(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
