(1) Vendor needs to provide one day event management service. • The event’s objectives are to showcase achievements in 2025–2026, spotlight new initiatives with global partners, and stimulate cross-sectoral dialogue on inclusive and accountable digital governance.• Venue: Appropriate space for 300 attendees.• Catering: includes Two rounds of refreshments and lunch• Reception: For 150 guests (drinks, appetisers)• Audio/Visual Support: Dedicated in-house A/V technician up to 10 hours: HD Room camera for Zoom streaming, room microphones, room speaker system, support for remote connectors
