Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide third-party program model fidelity reviewer services to the government authority located in Iowa.• Provide third-party model fidelity reviews for Family Development and Self-Sufficiency (FaDSS) programs under the direction of the FaDSS Program Manager.• Two in-person and three virtual site visits• 80 family record reviews• Five staff focus groups• Thirty-five one-on-one staff interviews• Twenty-five meetings with state program staff• Five model fidelity review reports• Thirty individual staff performance reports
