USA (Pennsylvania) – Cost Estimating Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost estimating services to the government authority located in PA. - The cost estimating services shall include to review and recommendation of costs related to construction manager at agent, design, and construction contracts to assure that costs are commensurate with the project scope and local market conditions. - Construction and associated materials, labor, and other construction-related costs, to provide professional consulting services for cost estimating.    - Provide costs on projects ranging from preliminary design to construction documents which have not yet received cost estimates.- The firms may also provide costs on projects ranging from preliminary design to construction documents which have not yet received cost estimates.    - Cost estimates shall be broken down by trade and include overhead and fees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
