Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide national technical assistance center service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • This center will increase the National Aging Services Network capacity and effectiveness to support the health and well-being of members of grandfamilies and kinship families, including caregivers, children, and their parents.• Measurable improvements in the ability of kinship and grandfamilies to access the supports and services they need, across a range of issues.• Measurable increases in quality of life for kinship and grandfamilies.• Measurable increases in the number of identified existing and new, evidence-based, evidence informed, and exemplary practices or programs in use nationwide.• Promote coordination among aging, kinship, disability, child welfare, and Tribalservice systems.• Develop and disseminate evidence-informed tools, resources, and best practices.• Support peer learning and cross-system collaboration.• Improve awareness of services available to older relative caregivers and kin caregivers.• Advance access to caregiver supports for medically underserved populations, including Tribal communities, rural communities, and communities with limitedservice infrastructure.
