(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle toll management service to the government authority located in Fort Lee, VA. • A centralized electronic toll collection account management service using an internet web-based user interface• Payment of tolls, fees, violations and all costs for device replacements/new devices• Internet web-based reporting and centralized billing system with a user interface that promotes account management.• Track and certify toll transactions and toll violation charges• Facilitate the movement and tracking of all provided equipment such as transponders or other technology• Review and certify a detailed monthly billing statement.
