USA (Covelo, California) – Custodial Services for Branch Library

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for branch library to the government authority located in Covelo, CA.- Services includes one custodial/cleaning service visit per week- Sweep and dust area outside front door including ADA ramp.- Clean front door and all door handles to the facility.- Dust and clean furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and counter tops.- Empty all wastebaskets, paper recycle bins, and garbage containers.- Sweep and/or dry mop floor and spot clean with wet mop as needed.- Vacuum floor mats & rugs.- Refill soap, towels, and toilet paper dispenser in both employee and public restrooms as needed.- Clean public restrooms thoroughly. All fixtures, mirror, and floors.- Clean phones, computer screens, keyboards.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Juen 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
