(1) Vendor needs to provide web application modernization and existing data repository integration service. • Assess, modernize, enhance, and support the integration of the two web applications while improving scalability, maintainability, security, usability, and long-term sustainability of the public facing web application.• Evaluate and potentially implement migration from an AWS-hosted infrastructure to an internally managed on-premise infrastructure.• Improve usability, accessibility, and user experience.• Improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.• Develop public-facing and internal reporting capabilities.• Develop public data portals connected to datasets• Establish a long-term support and maintenance strategy.• Create dataset search, export and reporting tools• Provide GIS-enabled data exploration• Dashboard development• API-based integration with internal and external systems• Mobile-friendly and responsive design
