USA (Collin, Texas) – Offender Specimen Collection and Drug Testing Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide offender specimen collection and drug testing services to the government authority located in Collin, TX.- Provide Proposer-operated randomized UA testing of offenders’ functionality or processes as described in this RFP, which could include Offeror-operated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call-in system.  - Provide results in electronic format as described in Section 3 within 48 hours of collection. Proposer is responsible for retrieving and transporting all specimens collected for laboratory testing from all locations daily (collection sites). A detailed chain-of-custody protocol for all specimens following collection shall be discussed in offeror’s response.- Collect, transport, and test offender specimens (primarily urine; alternative methods as needed)- Perform drug screening and confirmatory testing using approved laboratory methods- Implement randomized and scheduled testing programs (IVR/web-based systems)- Ensure chain-of-custody, specimen integrity, and detection of tampering- Deliver accurate test results electronically within required timelines(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
