Vendor needs to provide neurological evaluations services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ.- Professional assessment in order to diagnose or rule out neurological disorders by assessing:• Reviewing current academic performance when available• Mental status• Motor skills• Sensory skills• Balance and coordination• Reflexes• Functioning of the nerves• Participate in IEP meetings to discuss findings upon request
