USA (New York, New York) – Research Compliance Online Training Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide research compliance online training service to the government authority located in New York, NY.          - To provide comprehensive, engaging, and accessible asynchronous online training in research compliance for all agency researchers. - To provide existing subscription-based, asynchronous, web-based research compliance training that uses both developed and customizable content, is delivered through the vendor’s hosted platform or compatible with agency learning management system, and is designed for use in higher education and other research-active environments.- A secure, web-based research compliance training platform for use across all agency colleges and schools.- Delivery of asynchronous, self-paced online training modules accessible on demand to authorized users.- Automated issuance of and retention of certificates of completion upon successful completion of training.- Ability to export data on users and training completion to support institution-wide and campus-level oversight.- Licensing and delivery of existing training content and development of custom training content, as applicable.- Tracking of user participation and completion of required training modules, with configurable dashboards and reporting that capture enrollment, progress, completion status, timestamps, and certification issuance for individual users and aggregated groups, supporting institution?wide compliance monitoring and audit needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
