USA (Albany, New York) – Outside Counsel Guardianship Matters Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel guardianship matters service to the government authority located in Albany, NY.          - Legal services related to property guardianship matters with a potential civil recovery and any other matter which is required to be referred.- Legal services related to pursuing adult guardianships for patients and residents of agency facilities who it believes are alleged incapacitated persons pursuant of the Mental Hygiene law.    (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
