(1) Vendor needs to provide accela cloud migration project manager platform. - To provide Project Management to oversee the Implementation Partner (IP), implementation process, and migration of Accela on-premise Civic Platform instance to the Accela Cloud.• Project Management & Governance• Business Process & Requirements• Additional Technology• Configuration & Build Oversight• Regulatory Compliance• Integration & Data Migration• QA, Testing & User Acceptance Testing• Change Management Plan, Go-Live & Post Implementation Support• Training & Knowledge Transfer(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
