(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced planning service to the government authority located in Bear, DE. - Provide professional services to assist individuals in decision making processes that are an alternative to guardianship.- Provide advance planning and other legal decision-making planning for recipients receiving services.- Develop advance planning directives and other legal decision-making documents that will support choice and autonomy in decision-making, as well as promote access to care.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
