(1) Vendor needs to provide complete energy solutions program administrator service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. - Produce a comprehensive implementation plan, addressing program design, workflows, process mapping, and operational standards and procedures.- Develop end-to-end program workflows and process maps.- Customer contact and site access authorization form.- Incentive payment processing.- Customer service and complaint resolution process.- Responsible for negotiating and securing preferential pricing from reputable distributors and manufacturers for key equipment.- Protocols to ensure professionalism, compliance, and high standards for all program activities and among both internal staff and trade allies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
