(1) Vendor needs to provide development affordable housing service to the government authority located in South Yarmouth, MA. - Provide developers, professional firms, and project proponents for the development of affordable housing.- Acquisition of previously developed or disturbed real property to be redeveloped into new affordable housing units. acquisition cannot be made through a foreclosure auction unless approved by the trust.- All affordable units must serve household earning no more than 80%.- For conversions projects, rehabilitate and preserve the property, remove any health and safety code violations, remove any lead paint or lead hazards, repair any failed structural or mechanical systems, and address emergency repair items identified by a property inspection report.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
