Scope of Work
(1)Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Massachusetts. - Provide on-going advice and counsel with respect to matters bearing upon the area for which the firm or attorney has been retained.- Providing legal services for matters involving the retirement system.- Evidentiary review of disability retirement applications and related matters.- Representation in appeals before the contributory retirement appeal board.- Investment management agreements and related documents.(2) The contract period will be for seven years.
