USA (Kennewick, Washington) – Loop Transportation Study Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide loop transportation study service to the government authority located in Kennewick, WA. - Conduct a comprehensive agency loop transportation study to evaluate and prioritize a coordinated system of transportation investments.- The study will provide a data-driven framework for prioritizing and improving regional mobility, safety, freight movement and long-term economic development.• Work will focus on the following tasks:- Project management and regional coordination- Public and stakeholder engagement- Existing conditions and system assessment + travel demand modeling and data analysis- Alternatives development and metro loop concept evaluation- Benefit-cost analysis and prioritization- Implementation strategy and phasing plan- Final report and deliverables(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
