USA (Sitka, Alaska) – Safe Streets and Roads for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Evaluation, Planning and Administrative Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets and roads for all comprehensive safety action plan evaluation, planning and administrative services to the government authority located in Sitka, AK.- Develop conceptual safety solutions and options to address the current and future service needs of existing corridors to include traffic flow and volume, pedestrian spaces, landscaping, lighting, and accessibility.- Include strategies of creating stakeholder groups, meeting with business owners, tribalentities, and generating a baseline communication portal for everyone to remain engaged andinformed on the plan goals.- Identify barriers to participation and implement mitigation strategies to ensure meaningful engagement from historically underserved communities.- Developing grant support documents, ensuring grant compliance, and potentially administering grants.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026.
